Friday Fitness

What I'm doing:

  • Four meals a day, lots of vegetables, low carbs (planning to slowly increase).
  • Daily walks with kids (slow pace)
  • Generally a bit more active around the house.
Hunger has not been much of a problem, except when I wake up at night. I do have a strange kind of low-energy. Not the low blood sugar feeling, but just a bit of heaviness. That could be hormonal, judging by the time of the month.

I made a holos notebook yesterday. ... a binder.... put in articles about exercise, organization and devotions.

This isn't a completely accurate weight loss meter -- I always do a full clothing weight at the beginning to give myself a generous loss appearance during the first week or so as a motivational boost.
