Wednesday -- Walking and What Works

    (This works for weight loss too. After plateauing for a couple of weeks, I have lost 2 more pounds. Hooray! That makes 7 pounds total so far. I am about halfway through, and as a sort of reward splurged 40 dollars to order a bathroom scale. Our old one, bought over 15 years ago, was a $2 thrift store find that I got to roughly measure my pregnancy weight gain. It has served us well, but it is getting increasingly cantakerous. )
